NOS Energy Drinks
by Richard on Feb.27, 2010, under Car Humor
I found this at the grocery store this morning and thought I would share it.
I do not personally drink energy drinks but a know that a lot of people do.
The clever folks at NOS put their energy drink in the same bottle that the cans of NOS for your car come in. Check it out below.
If you have not heard of NOS or nitrous oxide it is an additive you put into your engine to make your car go really fast. It is illegal in street cars in most areas and it is extremely flammable so you have to be careful with it.
If the energy drink is as powerful as the additive for you car this must be quite the drink. From the comments so far, it actually tastes pretty good.
There are a lot of home made videos as advertisements for the nos energy drink, I thought this one was funnier than the others.

Looking For A Safe Place To Put Your Money? Try Exotic And Classic Cars on eBay Classic Cars.
Recently a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Roadster sold for around $12,000,000 (yes, $12 million) at an auction according to Earth News.
It seems that with the word economy turning around people are looking to spend money again. And nothing is as exciting as spending $1,000,000’s on a classic or one-of-a kind automobile.
Since there are never going to be any more of them they only appreciate in value every year. And every time one is lost to accidents or theft the value of the remaining ones goes up because they are increasingly rare.
There are some good deals on the eBay classic cars that you can buy now as an investment and hold on to. Or you if you are handy, you can buy a well used classic old car and restore it yourself. A fully restore classic is worth a lot more than a barely running shell.

by Richard on Feb.09, 2010, under Car News
According To Business Week, Porsche is planning to sell over 10,000 of their luxury cars in China in 2010.
In 2009 they sold over 9,000 cars which represents a good portion of the total sales of Porsche world wide. China is emerging as a very wealthy country.
Amazingly they mention that the Panamera costs $260,000 which is significantly more than the approx $100,000 USD it is here. Does anyone know where the extra cost comes from?
It can’t be shipping as it has to be shipped to North America as well. My guess it a tax imposed on the imported vehicle but I am hoping someone can confirm that.
If you are looking for your own Used Porsche Panamera for cheaper in North America, you are in luck. They are available for you.

Have You Drifted a 911 In The Snow?
After a good snow fall the thrill seekers always try to find an open parking lot that has not been plowed recently to do some donuts. While we do not recommend this in any public area for safety reasons it is good fun.
